Dear Learners,

In today’s session we of MGT 203: Organizational Behavior. We covered Unit 3: Perception. Meanwhile, please do submit me assignment by May 20, 2016 of the following questions!

1. What is perception? Explain the factors influencing perception.
2. What are the application areas of perception in organizations? Explain the factors of perception errors?

You will be having a test on Tuesday 17, 2016 of Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3.

Test Format

Full Marks: 20                                                                                                                                    

Pass Marks: 8

Time: 1 hour

A. Short Questions (5 questions X 1 marks each = 5 marks)

1 to 2 line answers

B. Long Questions (3 questions X 5 marks each = 15 marks)

Minimum 1.5 page answer include definitions (at least 1 definition) and points (at least 5 points)

Meanwhile, on next week onward you shall be having individual presentation.

Presentation Format

Role: Individual            

Time: Minimum 5 to Maximum 10 minutes. 

Topic: Any topic of your choice

Delivery: PowerPoint/ Using whiteboard/ Speech any form

Judgment Criteria

Full Marks: 5

a.       Opening/ Closing- 1 marks

b.      Content of Presentation – 1 marks

c.       Topic of Presentation – 1 marks

d.      Individual Attire/ Personality -  1 marks

e.      Audience Engagement – 1 marks
